Da er meklingen i gang, vi er hos Riksmekleren nå. Forhandlingene vil pågå frem til midnatt 29 juni.
Blir vi ikke enige innen fristen midnatt 29 juni så blir det streik. Riksmekleren kan pålegge oss og fortsette forhandlingene utover fristen.
Jeg sender ut info, og holder dere informert om det blir streik. Vi håper å komme til enighet uten at det blir streik.

Then the mediation starts, we are with the Ombudsman now. Negotiations will continue until midnight June 29.

If we do not agree by the deadline midnight June 29, there will be a strike.
The Ombudsman can order us and continue the negotiations beyond the deadline.

I will send out info, and keep you informed if there is a strike.
We hope to reach an agreement without a strike
